Online-Showing the QR Code image in "My Bookings“ to outlet staff is mandatory to avail offers booked.

Offline – Show the physical card to avail the offer before placing the order. You need to check the offer at the outlet for offer validity.

The responsibility of any SMS received/not received remains only with you.

Booked timings are at the sole discretion of the outlet management. We bear no responsibility of any product quality, quantity, service, injury, misbehavior, waiting time etc. You need to call the merchant and check for time/date/offer validity.

Any dispute will need to be dealt directly between you, merchant establishment.

For any changes you can call the respective outlet phone number. You may receive a call from the merchant also

Booking will be invalid if the outlet has shut down or is closed for date and time booked by you.

Offers strictly valid at given outlets only. Offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer or ongoing promotional offer. In case of any discrepancy, decision of the merchant management will be final.

Offers may not be applicable on festive dates & solely depends on the merchant rules & regulations. You must check with the merchant directly for the same. Offers booked on these days/dates will stand automatically cancelled. QR Code Mvoucher/email & SMS even if received for the days/dates mentioned will not be applicable.

It will completely depend on the decision of the merchant to honor SMS/Mvoucher/email/QRCODE.

That you agree to make payments for WOW DEALS at the price mentioned, through the payment gateway and wallet options given. Any discrepancy of transaction needs to be dealt with the payment gateway and wallet service provider directly.

No refund will be entertained under any circumstances. The complain mail has to be sent at [email protected] giving all required details of the same within 2 days of the date of redemption.

Re use of a voucher bought online is strictly prohibited.
