1.You need to show the QR Code in "My Bookings". Mvoucher or SMS or email as received by you to avail the applicable offer/s at outlet/s is a confirmation and does not guarantee the availing of the offer . We are not responsible for any SMS received/not received by you from us which is a DND(Do Not Disturb) number. Sole responsibility remains only with you.

2.Unique QRCode needs to shown at the outlet. It can be used only one time. If a paid offer booked is gifted or shared, you will be responsible for the redemption of the offer bought, by yourself or by the person whom you have gifted.

3.Date and Time Validity For Dining & Salon, Spa merchants, the date and time booked will be considered at the merchant outlet. For any changes you can call the respective outlet phone number. You may receive a call from the merchant also. We recommend that you must reach at least 20 minutes before the time booked. Booked timings are at the sole discretion of the outlet management. We bear no responsibility. For other merchants(other than Dining & Salon, Spa merchants), date and time is flexible. You may receive a call from the merchant also

4.Booking will be invalid if the outlet has shut down or is closed for date and time booked by you. You should check for outlet working hours and or days and opening & closure timings. We bear no responsibility

5.Offers strictly valid at given outlets only. Offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer or ongoing promotional offer.

6.In case of any discrepancy, decision of the merchant management will be final.

7.Offers may not be applicable on festive dates & solely depends on the merchant rules & regulations. You can check with the merchant directly for the same. Offers booked on these days/dates will stand automatically cancelled. QR Code Mvoucher/email & SMS even if received for the days/dates mentioned will not be applicable. It will completely depend on the decision of the merchant to honor SMS/Mvoucher/email/QRCODE.

8.That you agree to make payments for WOW DEALS at the price mentioned in PAY, through the payment gateway and wallet options given. Any discrepancy of transaction needs to be dealt with the payment gateway and wallet service provider directly. In the event of a non redemption of an offer bought by the said merchant establishment, the re use of the said offer will be informed to you by the outlet management at a later date and or time. No refund will be entertained under any circumstances. The complain mail has to be sent to us at [email protected] giving us all required details of the same within 2 days of the date of redemption.

9.Re use of a voucher bought online is strictly prohibited.

10.That you agree to receive promotional, booking SMS, email, Newsletter, promotional email from website www.beyondgoodliving.com and the mobile application

11.Reservations at Resorts/ Travel/Vacation merchants - You need to call the merchant directly. You might receive call/s from the merchant. Abiding merchant rules is mandatory. Reservation & Dates will depend solely on the merchant only. We bare no responsibility.

12.Offers and promotions are brought/given by the merchant establishments. We bear no responsibility of any product quality, quantity, service, injury, misbehavior, waiting time etc. Any dispute will need to be dealt directly between you, the guest/customer and the merchant establishment. We bear no responsibility on any booking and monetary transaction. Sole responsibility lies with the merchant.

13.You are requested to find out the exact location. We bare no responsibility of the Area/Location mentioned if any of the merchant outlets. It might not be exact.

14.On selection of COMPLIMENTARY OFFERS if available, show the same Mvoucher or SMS or email at both merchants to redeem the offers. Validity of any complimentary offer as mentioned.

15.Club Class offers are strictly for table reservations having minimum 5 guests in one table, order/bill.
