The responsibility of any SMS received (if any) remains only with you.
Booked timings wherever applicable will be at the sole discretion of the outlet management. We bear no responsibility of any product quality, quantity, service, injury, misbehavior, waiting time etc.
Any dispute will need to be dealt directly between you, merchant establishment.
Booking will be invalid if the outlet has shut down or is closed.
Offers strictly valid at given outlets only. Offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer or ongoing promotional offer. In case of any discrepancy, decision of the merchant management will be final.
Offers may not be applicable on festive dates & solely depends on the merchant rules & regulations. Offers booked on these days/dates will stand automatically cancelled. Code Mvoucher/email & SMS even if received for the days/dates mentioned will not be applicable.

That you agree to make payments for at the price mentioned, through the payment gateway and wallet option/s given. Any discrepancy of transaction needs to be dealt with the payment gateway and wallet service provider directly.
No refund will be entertained under any circumstances. The complain mail has to be sent at aboutbgl@gmail.com giving all required details of the same within 2 days.
